Jeff was excellent!!- Even though I could not properly explain the problem. He was able to diagnose it, take the computer, fix it and return the same day. Outstanding !!!- I cannot live without my desktop and he certainly provided great service !!

Jeff was awesome! I'm engineer and I thought I was thorough with my projects, but Jeff is on a whole other level. He fixed the root problem, recovered my data, did a complete hardware test, reinstalled and upgraded the O/S, and even installed several common apps plus he reinstalled the copy of Office that was on there before, all for the originally quoted price to just 'fix' a bricked computer. If I could give him extra stars I would.

Jeff (TechCare) did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He came out to my house to diagnose the problem, fixed it within a couple of days, and met me at my office to deliver my repaired laptop. There was another issue that I was not sure whether it could be repaired. Even though diagnosing this issue took a bit of extra work, Jeff did not charge extra for this. My experience with TechCare was great and I will certainly consider using them again should the need arise.

Jeff was amazing. We had an emergency, and I called him at 9 pm. He said he would be happy to come out the next morning and showed up at 9 am. When he arrived, we talked to him about the fact that we realized that our laptop may still be under warranty. He advised us to check whether we could get the warranty to cover the work, even if it meant that we would not be able to hire him. We realized that the warranty is not valid, and asked him to open our laptop up. He found our motherboard fried, and didn't charge me for his first visit, because he only diagnosed the problem, and couldn't fix it. Then he went to Frye's Electronics and found the needed docking port to get the data from my unusual hard drive. He came back and charged me just $60 for recovering my data, even after all the effort he made. If I had gone to a data recovery specialist, it would be $100 - $250, just for retrieving the data. He really is committed to serving people.

Desktop and Laptop Repair $60 Flat Rate, Not Per Hour (Parts are extra) Virus/Malware Removal Any Software or Hardware Replacement/Repair Clone Existing Hard Drive Onto New One Reset Windows Passwords.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule an in-depth initial consultation. We do charge a $40 Diagnostic fee. However, this fee is applied to your Repair cost should you hire. During the Diagnostic we strive to provide as much information as possible regarding your particular repair issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in computer science with a 4.0 grade average and I have worked for several corporate IT departments I subscribe to several computer magazines and websites to help keep up to date on the latest advances in technology.
