I could only select 3 choices for what I liked about Lainez Construction but all selections were applicable. Lainez Construction was responsive, timely, extremely punctual, hardest working crew I have seen in years, completed the job on time and as was promised, left a completely cleaned up job site, and were extremely fair and reasonable in their pricing. This was a job I considered my son and I completing, and I am so glad that I found Lainez Construction to demolish and remove my 50+ year old concrete porch (9’x7’x30”) and steps, it was definitely more than we could have done! My daughter is closing on a home this month and wants this crew to complete several jobs for her before they move in. They are dependable, personable, and will get the job done for a reasonable charge, and I would hire them again.

I needed to build a concrete slab for my shed, and the slab looks perfect. The team was quick to complete the project in just a few hours. The service is also very affordable. I would highly recommend Lainez Construction for any concrete and foundation project for your residential property.

These folks just finished replacing our front sidewalk and also replaced a cracked segment of the driveway. They are extremely pleasant and easy to work with. We are more than satisfied with the quality of their work and recommend them highly! We are including a picture of the completed project now and will add another after the landscaping is completed.
