- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So once we contact the customer we go out assess the job and give the customer a free estimate by email once email is approved and signed we start up a master contract once contract is signed we ask for 50% deposit and the remaining 50% once the job is completed and customer has signed off on the job, and they are completely satisfied with the project

The owner Mark Gonzalez has a bachelor's degree in the concrete field industry
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
