- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately at this time we don’t provide any military, teacher, or medical professional discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I usually get in contact with them and schedule an estimate. I don’t ask a lot until I get to the job site and check it out. It is crucial that RMZ checks and sees the job site to get a better understanding of what we are working with. Also very important part so we can give our customers the opportunity to actually communicate their ideas through and we can provide the best estimate!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Like anyone in the industry, you had to start somewhere. I have been working since I was young. Never been an indoor person, construction has always been a thing for me. Being able to build anything for my wife and kids it’s truly a blessing. And now I get to do it for a living.
