- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept all forms of payment. Credit card payments include a 4% fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel it's important to have the opportunity to see each project before we provide our final proposal. I understand this is sometimes an inconvenience however, each project has its own unique material, challenges and obstacles, seeing exactly what we are working with helps to provide you the best possible price.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a 3rd generation mason and was really born into this line of work.
