- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a set price, but do provide add-ons for and extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A in person meeting to talk about your event. Exactly what you want and expecting, going over all options including price and once you decide and/if you choose us for your event. The Contract signing process will begin plus all details and plans. I will keep in contact and vice versa. Just in case any changes needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have well over 100 events on our resume. Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries etc.
