- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will quote a sound and equipment package suitable for your event and may suggest a couple optional add-ons. Typically, my base package includes more than many DJs will provide so encourage you to ask questions if you do not see equipment listed in competing quotes. If you have anything else in mind that you would like for your event--extra lighting, extra sound, or extra bass feel free to ask--I have plenty of gear to offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to have an introductory call followed by an email exchange on music tastes and planning. I am available for an additional check in immediately before the event date to re-confirm all details in our planning history.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am actively involved in the area's underground music scene working with some of the area's most respected promoters, DJ's, and audio technicians experiencing first hand new developments in equipment and what works in a wide range of events settings.
