I have been a cat mom for over 20 years and have been a professional pet caretaker since March 2024. I have cared for other's animals in some capacity since 2018.
I have cared for nearly 50 cats and dogs in DFW in that time.
This is my full-time business. I have pet insurance and am USDA T-class certified to transport animals short and long distance.
I am a non smoker. 🚭

Kenya was amazing with our 4 dogs. Two are big dogs (85 lbs), and two are dachshunds mini. All females. Kenya stay with our dogs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Then my son was home from work and home on weekends. We were cruising in New Zealand and every afternoon we would get updates on our fur babies. Pictures and videos. We were gone for 19 days. She picked up our mail and brought in our trash cans. We plan on taking more trips, so we will definitely recruit Kenya again.

Kenya was such a pleasure to work with. She took so many pictures and videos of our cats to show us while we were away. She consistently updated us on feedings, medication, and any concerns that came up with the cats. She is so thorough and passionate about animals! She will be our go-to for future pet sitting needs☺️

Kenya really cares about animals. She is professional, punctual and takes pictures and videos of her walks with my dog, which I love to see during my busy work day! She comes 3x per week and my dog loves and trusts her. I highly recommend her and I’m so glad I found her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing schedule for pet care.
I have a flat fee for the pet taxi service and a mileage chart for long distance pet transport.
Long distance pricing is comprised of a booking fee+ estimated mileage costs+daily rate for pet care. Lodging, extra pet food, unexpected costs will be invoiced after delivery.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I used to take a hard copy of my terms of service with me to meet and greet but now I have them look it over on the website first and sign digitally.
At the meet and greet I take notes on the pet care needs and go over the terms of service for any questions they have.
If they decide we are a good match, I confirm dates needed and collect deposit for service(pet sitting, house sitting)
We make arrangments for house access and I usually followup within a day or two before service starts
