Introduction: Cardenas Painting is a family owned and operated business. All of our employees are family or close family friends.As an owner I love being able to help out my customer by providing amazing work at an unbeatable price they can afford. All job sites are supervised by my son Fabian Cardenas Jr. he knows exactly what I expect as far as taking care of our customers. We are always willing to take suggestions to give our customers the look they envision. We keep up with the latest trends to give you a modern look but we can of course deliver a traditional look as well. What I love the most about the work we do is seeing how happy we can make our customers when they see the finished product. All of our employees have a passion for what they do and our work proves it.

From the very beginning, Cardenas Painting showed why they are the perineal painting company in DFW. I was treated with respect from the start, all the way to the finished product. What I loved is they didn't try to nickel and dime me to try and stuff their pockets. I felt they gave me the best price for the job, and Fabian and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. Fabien did the work as agreed. He was timely and efficient and even came out immediately to fix a small spot that had to be re-done due to an error that had nothing to do with his work. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

Fabian did some work for us recently including patching & bedding drywall, texturing, and painting. The work was done quickly and was done to a high standard. Fabian was easy to get in touch with and returned phone calls and texts promptly. He is easy to communicate with, and listened well regarding the work that needed to be done. His quote was immediate and very reasonable. He even found a few other small things to fix while he was here at no extra charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically schedule an appointment with my customer to go out and look at what they would liked worked on. I have my daughter in law/ secretary send an estimate. As soon as you agree to the estimate we try and work you in to our schedule as soon as possible and get started on tackling the project to make our customer happy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of people. I have done work for realtors, wealthy people as well as people on a tight budget. But we provide the same great quality work and customer service no matter who you are. We love all of our customers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did a flip home it took us about 3 weeks.What I loved best about this project is seeing the mind blowing difference when I looked at the before and after pictures. It made me proud of my employees for the great work they had done.
