- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
when I look at your project, you will receive a quote for work needing done! I am willing to negotiate some & do give discounts! These variables are effected differently with each project and size of job! When project is started and customer decides to add to project, or any changes that are made will effect final price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy working with my customers! For new customers my priority is connection, learning to know each, building trust & being able to show pictures of completed projects that are similar to your work needing done! 1. Meeting to discuss project! 2. Look at work needing done. 3. Talk about the different options. 4. Come together with plan. 5. Have job budget & quote for customer! 6. Discuss time frame and job starting date!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have high school education! My construction Expertise & life skill first came through working with my Dad! At age 21 I went full time into construction as an employee. Some training came through schooling but most of what I learned came as a direct result of years and Hands on Experience!
