Hector responded in a timely manner and scheduled an appointment. He was here at the scheduled time and communicated until his arrival. Even though he didn’t do any work because my problem needed someone else, he did check my ducts and gave great detailed explanation of how he would clean the ducts thoroughly. Once I get the main problem resolved I will be calling him back to clean my ducts and dryer vent.

As a new business owner, Hector is working hard to make every customer experience outstanding. I used him to clean the ducts in my home. While he did a great job with that, what stands out are the little extra things he did (sealing up an unused vent for me, swapping out my ductvents with new ones I had bought ahead of time, changing the air filters on both my units etc) that were outside the scope of what I hired him to do. I can gladly recommend.

I called for dryer ventrepair. Hector came out and noticed duct was not up to code. He was able to replace it that same day. Was upfront with costs and did a great job. Would definitely recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually go over different options once we inspected the system.. we try to work with customers to offer the best prices.. once agreed on a price we get to work usually from 2 to 3 hours of work per furnace and depending on what services is performed and how dirty system is
