Basic cleaning:$175
We attach a negative air pressure machine to your HVAC system. This will create suction through all vents, and we then go to each grill and close it to achieve maximum pressure. The system will be under negative pressure for up to 1 hour to take whatever is loose dust out
The basic cleaning is done every year after a deep cleaning has been performed to maintain system clean.
Deep cleaning:starts at $450(per system)
For the deep cleaning process, we attach the negative air pressure machine to your HVAC system. This will create suction through all vents. We will close all grills to maximize pressure. After the negative pressure machine is on, we will go to each vent, open up the grill, and insert a 35-foot long brush inside. This brush will start to spin, breaking all dust and debris. While this is going on, the negative air pressure machine is pulling everything out. We then go up to attic and clean all duct work,this means ductwork running down back into the home and plenums. This process is done every 3 to 5 years.
