Joshua was the tech sent out for my electrical install. He was incredibly respectful, and very quick. Later I noticed a few other electrical issues and he came right back out, much faster than other companies, and took care of the issue promptly. I would definitely recommend him and his company to others. They’re timely, communicate well, easy to work with, and they get the job done.

I had a time sensitive issue, I called and spoke to Paul (the owner) he made a special exception to help me in a pinch! Then the technician Joshua was equally amazing!!! HR Phoenix did a great job with our electrical needs. Tyler brought our kitchen outlets up to code, installed another garage outlet, reworked our electrical panel, and addressed a problem we had been having with with a GFCI outlet that kept on tripping. When the problem persisted into the next day, Tyler returned with a service call and completely resolved the issue and made the whole circuit more resilient. The work was high quality, the support on point, and I was even able to learn much more about my home's electrical system. The level of transparency and professionalism was very reassuring. Paul really took the time to listen and fully understand the scope and purposes of the work requested. We're definitely going to consider HR Phoenix first for any work in the future.
