Joseph helped me out with an electrical issue at a rental home, the current tenant is an elderly man and Joseph showed up exactly when he said he would. Being that I could not be present he called me once he found the issue explained what he could do to fix, fixed it, and made additional suggestions for the future. He was very professional and extremely responsive in communicating with me which I appreciated very much. I will definitely hire him again for more electrical work!

Joe did a great job inspecting a home I have under contract for an option period. It is an older home that I plan to do some renovations on. He was able to assess the current state of the homes electrical condition and point out what was out of code. Aside from inspection, I plan on working with him again for installing a new 200amp panel and new wiring.
