- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
well I first ask for a material list and what the job is going to cost them I let them know it ranges from and up depending on what the job is I can work with them if they don't want spend to much I make it convenient with them and me so we could come to a agreement
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
asking him what he need and what materials do I need to buy and make him feel comfttobale and trust Worthy of my wile I do my job showing him what was the problem and letting him know why that happens and how am I going to fix it my job is to do it right and satisfied my customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
every now and then I read the code book to get better and better each day well because the codes change every year and I have to keep up with that
