Neighbors was prompt and courteous. I went with a diagnostic as I was having power issues with my oven, stove and dryer along with intermittent power disruptions every 15 minutes or so. The problem was the Oncor meter on the house. Neighbors handed the call to Oncor which probably saved me tons of trouble trying to explain my problem. I definitely will be using Neighbors again for some electrical upgrades.

Neighbors Electric was responsive and was able to work with my schedule. Their diagnostics were very insightful and were able to explain the situation. The cost was less than expected and fair. Would definitely reach out to them again.

For the longest I had a few plugs not working in my living room so I finally decided to call a electrician to see what could be going wrong, Neighbors Electric showed up the same day and gave me plenty of options. I was super impressed with how professional they were and how they even cleaned up after themselves! Will definitely refer them to whoever needs an electrician! They even showed me their plug tester thingy so I can see show they are now wired up and working correctly!

I was having a lot of flickering lights so I decided to call neighbors electric, they came out the same day and Julian got me taken care of, I signed up for their neighbors plan and will definitely be using them from here on out!
