About
At Petree Electrical Services, we specialize in electrical panel upgrades and EV charger installations for homeowners across North Fort Worth, Keller, Southlake, and surrounding areas.
If your home isn’t EV-ready, lights are flickering, breakers are tripping, or you’re upgrading to a larger service — this is what we do every week.
We are a licensed Texas electrical contractor (TECL 39513), and the owner is personally on-site for nearly every project. We stay intentionally small so our clients get direct communication, clean work, and expert-level installs — not a rotating crew.
Our most requested services:
• Electrical panel upgrades & service replacements
• EV charger installations (Tesla, Ford, Rivian, etc.)
• Surge protection & grounding upgrades
• Load calculations & safety inspections
• Corrections for open or failed permits
We don’t just “add a breaker.” We evaluate the full electrical system to ensure your home is safe, properly sized, and future-ready.
If you’re looking for a long-term electrician — not just a quick fix — we’d be honored to earn your trust.

Absolutely went above and beyond and found an error in my breakers from previously and corrected it. I would not use anyone else. Was on time, responsive and very respectful.

James was amazing, extremely professional, and honest over the phone and when he came out to install my Lectron Electric Vehicle Charging Station (WiFi) 48 Amp with App Control - Powerful Level 2 EV Charger (240V) with NEMA 14-50. I am very impressed, and I even shopped around, but found his prices MUCH more reasonable, without blowing smoke. I originally had another company scheduled for the job, but they kept pushing the appt. back. Once everything was installed, James helped me setup the WiFi features and test the system. If you want honest work from a truly amazing guy, call James. I will be referring people to him from now on.Thank you

I had a great experience with this electrician. He was very professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation of my Tesla panel was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything works perfectly. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing electrical work done.
