- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very straightforward. And most everything is flexible depending on what is needed. For example, if you want to harass for a wedding and you like our package number one, but you don’t need an engagement session, we can either trade that time in for a bridal session or we can just take the cost off the top.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically they contact us via email or by phone first. If it’s a wedding, we like to meet prior to contract signing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many seminars, workshops, and supplemental schooling.
