- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually like to try to work with everyone in their budget. Of course I don't like low ball offers but also keep in mind the quality of work that your receiving from me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them face to face to connect with them and get a clear understanding in ones expectations. Communication plays a huge roll in customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught professional. I've studied my craft in and out and am constantly learning everyday. I am a very hands on person and developed photography very quickly.
