We have very competitive rates and various factors determine the final outcome figure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to speak with the client over the phone and get their ideas of what they want and the time frame. Rather the property is vacant or occupied. What the long term goal is. (expanding or updating personal residence, flip property, getting ready to be put on market). At that time, we always suggest a walk-thru or onsite visit to answer any questions that the client or the professional may have. This also gives the client an opportunity to meet us and begin to build that trust bridge. We are passionate and very serious about everything we do from the smallest to the biggest detail.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Introduced to the trade at a very young age, I took a passion for remodeling and building and seen that it provided an opportunity to outlet my creative side which in turn allowed me take others in their ideas to a different level. Total satisfaction to see others smile at the end result.
