Last month I helped a dear friend get their house ready to sell, but was concerned about multiple cracks throughout the house. Thankfully, a friend recommended this company to come out and take a look at the foundation and within 3 weeks we had an estimate, 12 piers installed, and concrete replaced on both front and back porches. Being a cautious consumer, I also suggested the homeowner get a few other estimates but MSU hands down had the best customer service, quality of work, and value. I now recommend MSU to anyone who needs foundation or concrete work done. 5 stars!

The work went exactly as it was spelled out to me. From the salesman explaining my foundation problem in terms that I could understand, to the last guy that left the job everything went great. Very professional and efficient and I would have absolutely no problem referring them.

I had some driveway expansion joints that needed replaced. When they came to give me an estimate, I decided to have them seal some sidewalk cracks and a dry-rotted seam in a patio. The repairs are great and look like they will last for a long time. The seams are very neat looking and no piled up sealer. The most amazing part of their work was the fact that you couldn't tell that they had been there. No trash left, no left over material wrappers, and no small pieces of the old sealer left scattered around. They arrived on time, got the work done when promised, and did not add additional items to the job estimate when the invoice was prepared!
