Mark is nice, but his drafter is egoist, never spoke to me. He did lot of work that is useless to me and they finally stop responding to me. Not something I would do business again. Very disappointed.
Mark, please take off your listing from thumbtack, not worth troubling people again and again, by looking at reviews of others I should have refrained.

I have had a very unfortunate experience working with this company.
The first Payment was made on: Sep 17th, 2022
Final Payment made on: Nov 14th, 2022
Extra payment made on: Feb 14th, 2023 (To expedite the work they delayed)
Date when we received Final Floor Plans: Feb 14th, 2023
Date when we contacted them again: June 6th, 2023 (As they have just copied the electrical plan from the plans I gave from a different store for reference)
First and foremost, the timeline for the project was completely off-track. We initially hired the architect in the first week of September 2022, expecting to receive the final floor plans in a reasonable time frame. However, the plans were not delivered until February, which caused significant delays and inconveniences in our overall construction process.
To make matters worse, the architect requested additional payment to expedite the work, despite our initial agreement. This unexpected request for more money felt unprofessional and added unnecessary financial strain to our project.
Communication was another major issue throughout the entire process. There was a severe lack of proper communication from the architect's side, leaving us feeling uninformed and disregarded. Our attempts to address concerns or seek clarification were met with silence and indifference. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about the progress of our project.
When we finally received the floor plans and handed them over to our general contractor, we discovered a significant flaw. It became apparent that the architect had simply copied and pasted the electrical plan from reference plans we had provided from a different location. This careless oversight resulted in missing equipment and discrepancies on various pages.
Despite our best efforts to address these issues and seek resolution, the architect has been unresponsive and uncooperative. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify the situation only deepened my disappointment and regret for having chosen to do business with them.
In conclusion, my experience with this architect for floor plans has been highly unsatisfactory. The excessive delays, unexpected payment demands, poor communication, and subpar workmanship have left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before engaging in any business with this architect, as the overall quality and professionalism of their services fell far below expectations.

Update: After I posted this review, Mark spoke to me on June 15th. Asked me about the issue spoke to his Designer and promised that the Designs will be delivered in a Day. It's been 5 days now and still do not have the plans. I have called him several times and He answered yesterday and mentioned he spoke to the Designer and mentioned that the work will be delivered in a few hours.
I have already spoken to other architects but due to a small hope that they might be really delivering in the specified time I am just waiting. I will be waiting until Noon Today (06/20/2023) and go with the new architects.

Communication needs to improve. I had to constantly stay on top of them to set status updates and get changes made. Even after informing them of some changes that needed to be made in the plans, I ended up working with someone else to update my plans since they have a very slow response time. I did finally get my final plans, but they did not come with the energy plans. I reached back out to them and they said they would look into it and I have not received any more information re: my energy plans.
