Mike recently repaired my downstairs toilet. It was not an easy job - Mike had to troubleshoot a few times and stay persistent to resolve the issue. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself at their home and evaluate the project needs. Conform that I'm able to do the job and email them a quote. Upon project approval I'll ascertain their schedule (if an emergency) and my schedule and decide on a start date/time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my TREC license as a Professional Home inspector. Provided me with the knowledge that makes up a domicile structure and all of its components.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
First doing projects for friends and family and now providing services to the public.
