- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a couple of options for pricing. This will depend on the size of the job, the size of the building etc. But I try to work with customers individually and give a price that is very reasonable and affordable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I begin a new cleaning project, I either meet with new customers for a walk through or I ask them some few questions about their cleaning over the phone. This process helps me to come up with a proposal for the approximate time, materials and labor for the cleaning
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 6 years of Hands-on experience. I have cleaned several commercial as well as residential buildings. I also do continued education on the internet by learning about the newly eco-friendly products of different brand names in the market
