Milena does not speak much English. So, even though I had given her the date of cleaning, and had answered all her questions online about what I wanted cleaned, pets in home, and hours of cleaning, no one showed up at appointed time. I made this appointment a month in advance. I called her at 10:15 a.m. and asked if anyone was going to show up and she said she didn't think I was still interested. Not sure why since she had responded to me and said "Perfect". But she and another cleaner showed up at 11:30 and did a great job on my house. Then came time to pay. She had not specified that I could not use a credit card. I had to set up Zelle account for her with bank online since she does NOT take credit cards. It's either Cash or Zelle. I think that should have been discussed at the beginning.

I don’t accept credit cards and that detail is in my profile. You are right when you tell me that you scheduled an appointment for me a month ago, but you didn’t write me the day before to confirm or send me the address, so I didn’t think you still needed the service. I needed a house cleaning service at the last minute before moving in to my new home and they did an excellent job. They responded right away that evening and got the job done the next morning. It was a little more expensive than I would expect for an empty house clean but they did a really good job, so I didn’t mind.
