- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My cleaning service pricing is based on the condition of the home, how many bedrooms, and bathrooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask about the condition (1-5) of the home and your main focus. I do have a checklist for maintenance and deep cleaning in my photos. We can step up a meeting for a (free) estimate. I will send out reminders a couple of days before I arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working with my mother for over 30 years off and on. I've learned so much in different fields, such as cleaning residential, commercial, and estate.
