- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a guarantee that if you are not 100 percent happy with your cleaning I will return to fix any thing you find wrong in the first 24 hours .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation on what is important to them so that I know when coming I got he home I meet all the expectations!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done COVID training as well as PH training for chemicals so I know what products to use on each surface .
