The office staff was very courteous and efficient in setting up the appointment. Very importantly, Chris C. was very professional and helpful during the inspection. He answer my many questions about how the measuring equipment worked and what kinds of soil movement would likely be leading to the damage we were seeing in the home. He listened carefully to the history I had of the foundation movement of the home in the past and of the earlier repairs and fixes performed.
Chris explained several scenarios for how we might improve the situation, and most importantly, he had the impeccable integrity to suggest fixing a gutter drainage issue first before sinking piers and performing a full foundation repair. We will be fixing the water drainage issue first, but absolutely will hire this team to move forward with the reasonably priced job should the issues not be sufficiently resolved.

Called G.L. Hunt to inspect my foundation due to seeing some cracks forming in the drywall of one of my rooms. Ben Lord arrived on time, was extremely professional while also being able to chat, and was completely honest about what he found...which luckily in my case was not a foundation issue. Obviously not everyone will be as lucky, but lets be honest if you have foundation issues and are calling a company for help, you are not an expert (and why you are reading this). He could have easily said there was an issue and with my lack of knowledge I wouldn't have had much to argue with. It's difficult to find a trustworthy contractor to tell you what needs to be done, even harder to find a company with that kind of work ethic. While I am lucky for the time being, I will absolutely be calling them back if I experience any other issues with my foundation and if you are experiencing issues I highly suggest this company be at the top of your list as one to diagnose your issue.

If you are in need of foundation repair, I highly recommend this Company. I had an outstanding experience with the company as a whole. But the icing on the cake, was Judy Sisomphone, the Warranty Transfer Specialist! She was so helpful and understanding to my situation! She is an asset to the GL Hunt Foundation Repair Company!!!

I would highly recommend G.L. Hunt to anyone needing foundation repair. Heath Jennings is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He provided recommendations for what we can do to better protect our foundation in the future, too. The crew showed up on time, completed their work on schedule and left everything clean and in good order before leaving. Heath also stopped by while the piers were being put in to make sure everything was going well. I was apprehensive about how disruptive the work might be at our home, but they made sure it was a painless process.

Chris Chamberlain was a joy to work with. GL Hunt did an excellent job on the foundation repair for my 1940s home. It was fast and easy to deal with them and I couldnt believe the difference after they were finished. In addition, the entire work crew was so polite and they even cleaned up their mess when they were finished. I am just getting ready to use them again on another project. They will have a customer for life!
