The office staff was very courteous and efficient in setting up the appointment. Very importantly, Chris C. was very professional and helpful during the inspection. He answer my many questions about how the measuring equipment worked and what kinds of soil movement would likely be leading to the damage we were seeing in the home. He listened carefully to the history I had of the foundation movement of the home in the past and of the earlier repairs and fixes performed. Chris explained several scenarios for how we might improve the situation, and most importantly, he had the impeccable integrity to suggest fixing a gutter drainage issue first before sinking piers and performing a full foundation repair. We will be fixing the water drainage issue first, but absolutely will hire this team to move forward with the reasonably priced job should the issues not be sufficiently resolved.
