" Helping Ordinary People Evolve". I look for the best way to help my client without pushing. Most clients come an average of 5 to 10 sessions, depending on the issue. Then, occasionally they might need a session when something tramatic shows up or some re-occuring pattern surfaces!! I am open to referring out if I believe I am able to help someone.

I can't start explaining how this wonderful lady changed my life. She is very professional and great at what she does. I came in looking for help with my weight but instead she made me understand so much about myself and helped me with so much other stuff. Today is my 58th day soda free and I'm down 20 pounds. I so happy with the results.

Without a doubt, Donna Jo has influenced my life beyond what I could have imagined. I have experienced post-rape PTSD symptoms including anxiety attacks and blushing in social situations. Traditional therapy had diminishing returns and I knew that I needed to try something different. Using hypnotherapy and cellular release therapy, Donna Jo relieved me of my deep-seated shame and bitterness and has enabled me to live my life completely differently. Donna Jo has been such a blessing for me and I cant imagine what my life would have been without meeting her!
