Lynda is more than a stylist. She is certified with the Association of Image Consultants International (aici.org) which means she has taken exams to qualify as 'certified' and completes continuing education every year.
She researched the topic of why certain people get the jobs, promotions and perks in life. She discovered that our non-verbal communication - our personal appearance and body language accounts for 55 percent of how we are initially perceived. Lynda has made it her passion to work with individuals and corporations to elevate their presence to a professional level.
In order to do this, Lynda works individually with clients to show them how to create powerful first impressions. With this transformation, her clients become more confident and successful in their work.
In the corporate sector, Lynda delivers presentations that address appropriate workplace attire, professional presence and dining skills. Her empowering message encourages employees to make positive changes for themselves, which inevitably enhances the corporate brand. She has co-authored the book 'Business Success With Ease', where she has written the chapter entitled 'The Power of Etiquette in the Workplace'. In addition, Lynda offers a children's Etiquette program called Manners Matter, which teaches children the importance of kindness, respect and the manners in life that will set them apart from others.
Lynda has been an instructor at George Brown College in Toronto in the area of Professional Development and Etiquette for business and image consulting students. She has been quoted on CNN, has written magazine articles and has appeared on Canadian television.
