The guy was real nice and polite had his wife and kid with him they helped out and got the stuff hauled off fast with no problems would definitely use him and again and will recommend to my family and friends all around great experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes haul away and disposal/ recycle services. We also offer a 10 percent discount to seniors and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive photos and videos of your project if possible. We have a phone call in regards to what type of service you need provided. I provide you with a quote and if we agree we move forward with the completion of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the service industry over 20 years on a management level. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. I like to work with my hands and enjoy helping people out.
