- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Junk Removal Services are priced by the Pick-up Load which is 6-Feet Long, 5-Feet Wide, and 5-Feet High or 150 Cubic Feet of Space. Whether it's loaded on a truck or trailer you pay for the space you use. We provide up to a 15% Discount to Seniors, Teachers, Military and First Responders
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Confirm your Estimate via Thumbtack app, Text, or email as well as your date and time of appointment. On the day of your appointment we will communicate with you our Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and let you know when we arrive on property. We confirm with you all the Debris, Trash & Items that need to be hauled off so we don't miss anything you need gone. Our final step is, We do all the heavy lifting for you and load our Truck/Trailer then notify you when we are complete.

We work with both Residential & Commercial Clients with the Tarrant County and Dallas County areas.
