They did what they said they were going to do, at the price quoted and in the time-frame discussed. That should be a low bar, but not many contractors can hurdle it.

Neil was great to work with. He provided an accurate quote quickly at a very fair price, and even suggested ways it could be done at a lower cost. We had several schedule delays due to all of the rain we've had recently, and Neil was very communicative through that process.
