Went above and beyond to help us get inside after being locked out. He was prompt and professional and even helped get our Yale doorbell back online so we wouldn’t get locked out again. Dan was great! Quick response and quality work. Talked me through why the previous lock had broken and was able to grind down the metal plating to allow a clean opening and closing of the lock. Will use again for future locksmith if needs.

I was so very impressed with every aspect of my experience! Quick & Easy Locksmith responded immediately, came out to my house the very next morning, and quickly fixed four doorknob/lock situations I had. Notably, he also quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem with a 50+-year-old door! He was also incredibly professional, left his workspace spotless, and had a great sense of humor! Great job! I needed a rekey done on 3 exterior doors ASAP for security reasons. I had called and requested quotes from several companies, Quick and Easy was the first to get back to me and also had same day availability. He was on time, professional, got things done in the time frame he quoted, and even suggested some other options I could have done to make things more secure. He was even great with my dogs.

I take the time to lower expenses as much as I could while still being able to provide high quality work. My prices are thought out and affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, it’s very smooth and easy.
I make sure I have everything in stock if one needs new hardware provided for a project.
I double check and go over what the customer needs exactly. If they’re unsure, I’ll do my best to give a variety of different options/solutions to what they’re looking for.
We confirm the cost for the project & schedule a time most convenient to their schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been involved in this industry since high school. I’ve worked as a freelancer, for large security companies in New York City, as a dispatcher and field technician. In addition, I took an automotive course to enhance my knowledge in the industry.
