- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Our pricing varies depending on session length, enhancement, travel and membership. Give us a call for an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will get to know our clients through a series of questions. We'd like to get to know about their lifestyle, hobbies, occupation, etc.. Then we'll use that information (along with the previously mentioned problem areas) to better assess the causes and how to best treat them. Keeping the client thoroughly informed along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from the training, our therapists participate in CEC (Continued Education Courses). As in the case of any professional, it is in our best interest to stay on top of the 'NEED TO KNOW'. That is the only way to reach and maintain an elite skill level. It is what our career is predicated on, and what our clients expect from us.
