We specialize in “Texas Made” slow-and-low smoked meats, including prime brisket, pulled pork, half or whole chickens, rope sausage, giant turkey legs, and more. Pair your meats with our signature sides like Baked Beans, Granny's Potato Salad, Mac N Cheese, Seasoned Green Beans, Cole Slaw or our Famous Loaded Baked Potatoes, Brisket Nachos, and other rotating favorites. We can bring the full kitchen or customize a menu to fit your needs and budget. Our 20-foot, fully equipped concession trailer typically operates with a team of four, providing our own power and water. We’re able to accommodate groups of many sizes, often with short notice when available. Special group rates are available. A 50% deposit secures your date. We look forward to serving your next event.
