DFW Eats N Treats BBQ and Catering has been serving the DFW area for years as a popular popup vendor and food truck at craft fairs, festivals, and private events. We specialize in “Texas Made” slow-and-low smoked meats, including prime brisket, pulled pork, half or whole chickens, rope sausage, giant turkey legs, and more. Pair your meats with our signature sides like Baked Beans, Granny's Potato Salad, Mac N Cheese, Seasoned Green Beans, Cole Slaw or our Famous Loaded Baked Potatoes, Brisket Nachos, and other rotating favorites. We can bring the full kitchen or customize a menu to fit your needs and budget. Our 20-foot, fully equipped concession trailer typically operates with a team of four, providing our own power and water. We’re able to accommodate groups of many sizes, often with short notice when available. Our minimum sales requirement is $500 for 2 hours. We do charge for admin, delivery, and setup fees when the minimum sales are not guaranteed. These fees are often waived with a guarantee of sales. Special group rates are available.
