Islanders was fantastic from the first moment of contact. They responded to every question promptly. Their food was wonderful; every guest at my party raved about it (especially the tacos!) Their prices were exceptionally reasonable in respect to the quality of not only the food, but their entire business model. We would have them back again in a heartbeat, and hopefully there will be events in our future where we can do so. I even had guests requesting their information for future business events they were planning. 10/10. Not to be missed.

Highly recommend Islanders Food Truck & Catering. They are incredibly prompt in communicating, prep and service. The food is fantastic. We had 35 people over for a pool party half were kids and everyone was incredibly happy and sated with the delicious food. We opted for Chicken Sliders, Tacos and Quesidillas with sides for all. On top of the food being fantastic, their rate is incredibly economical. Such value for such amazing food. This is the 2nd time we have employed Islander Food Truck and it certainly won't be our last. Don't hesitate to hire!

I hired the Island Food Truck for my son and daughter-in-law’s baby shower, and they were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Joe was incredibly easy to work with. He was punctual, professional, and brought an amazing selection of food that had everyone raving. The addition of sno cones was a delightful touch that added a fun, refreshing twist to the event. Joe and his team brought such a warm and welcoming vibe, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We contact them and make sure we are available the day of their event and what type of event it is. We send the customer our menu and ask them to choose about three items they would like to have available for their guests. We require a $100 deposit for us to take the date off our calendar for them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    While I have plenty of degrees, the biggest requirements for this line of work are a solid work ethic, patience, the ability to adapt quickly and a sense of pride.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Do you want your guests to all eat or line up at the same time? How quickly do you want the food to come out? (The more options you provide guests, the longer it will take). Do you need to limit the amount of items an individual can order? (When food is free, people will come back for seconds & thirds).

  • Loading
