Awesome! Spent several hours explaining my options and the pros and cons of each avenue to pursue. Just mentioning his name got me an immediate and increased settlement offer.Aug 10, 2016Verified

Kind, professional, knowledgable. Three very important qualities in an attorney. Mark Anderson has them all. Thanks for all your help so far, Mark!Jun 11, 2015Verified
Mark Anderson has left everything to my husband. My husband called the insurance company, my husband set appointment. Mark has done nothing and still wants to be paid for it. On top of the we recently found out he's been on vacation. He litterally gets paid to sit on his ass.Jun 9, 2015VerifiedAnderson Law Firm's reply
I am sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. We certainly strive to have satisfied clients and regret that we were unable to meet that goal in this instance. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding about the time it takes to resolve cases. We have a goal of obtaining the most compensation possible for our clients and that requires that the medical treatment be completed prior to resolution. In my 23+ years of representing injury victims, I have learned that it is impossible to obtain maximum compensation within a month of the accident while medical treatment is still ongoing. I do wish your husband the best of luck in both his medical treatment and in the successful resolution of his claim.

- What types of customers have you worked with?No matter how you've been injured, we'll deal with the insurance companies to win you maximum compensation. Many people don't realize it, but insurance companies will do everything in their power to deny your claim. They won't pay you a dime unless you fight for it. That's where we come in.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? Our client was riding his motorcycle when he was hit by a car. The insurance company gave him an insulting offer of $1,000. We took the case to court, convinced the jury to see our side, and ultimately won over $36,000 for our client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Find someone who you're comfortable working with and who's Board Certified in personal injury trial law (only 2% of Texas lawyers can claim that distinction). This is because A) You shouldn't feel intimidated by your lawyer and B) You want someone who is both certified and knowledgeable.
