Introduction: I am a Cooper Institute certified personal trainer and have been Cooper Institute trained in functional fitness training, health conditions, providing dietary guidance, and walking for wellness. I am a retired police officer who has had two back surgeries and lost 81 lbs. that I gained while injured. So if I can lose weight while having pain and injuries, you can too! Training will be conducted outdoors at a local track (when it's cold, your body must burn more calories to stay warm and when it is warm, you get a better "sweat", both aiding in weight loss).
