- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Buyers: All real estate compensation is paid by the Seller in Texas, so there would be no cost incurred on you for me to represent you. For Sellers: 6% of sales price. Compensation is only due if the property sells. We charge no Reimbursable Expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyer: The typical process for a buyer would be to schedule a face-to-face meeting so that we can visit and see if working together would make sense. We would go over a Needs Determination Analysis to formulate a list of features & upgrades you would like in your future home and then get you set up on an internet search so that those homes can be sent directly to you as soon as they hit the market. All this can be done at a Starbucks!
