  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is very competitive compared to the market. My clients have access to me beyond the initial services rendered and often seek consultation regarding offer negotiations and interview prep.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1.) We schedule the initial consultation session. 2.) We meet to discuss my critique of your documents and we also discuss the suggested services. 3.) An overview of the consultation is sent to the customer along with the invoice for the agreed upon services. 4.) Once the 50% deposit (or full amount) is paid, I get to work! Current completion time is 2-4 days. (Every day is a business day for me)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Bachelor's in business as well as an MBA in Supply Chain. I have over 16 years of business professional experience that spans across multiple industries and sectors. I have been assisting individuals with their Resumes for over 10 years.
