Blue Line Alarms has monitoring ranging from $24.99/month to $64.99/month and equipment set up fees ranging from $0.00 to $1999.00 on average, but the average consumer generally opts to participate in a no-money down home security solution that will allow for them to acquire a few thousand dollars worth of equipment and labor with a monthly monitoring rate for less than a cup of coffee per day!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our business model/process varies depending on the customer's needs. We can easily customize a home-automated security solution over the telephone with each and every client or send a Special Promotions Consultant to meet with the customer at their home to identify the client's needs. After we have devised a home protection plan to meet the customer's needs, we coordinate an installation appointment to meet the client's availability and our technician(s) execute the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, it is required to maintain a Security License under the 1702.134 Occupational Code of Texas, which is the Private Security Bureau division of the Texas Department of Public Safety.
