These guys are amazing! I had them install a 9 camera ReoLink security system on my house and it was no small task as our roof peaks are probably 40 feet with varying levels of attic access. They were absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional, and thorough. My dogs got pet, I got to have some great conversations, my 3 year old made some new friends, I learned a lot about the cameras and system, and not once did I feel uncomfortable with these “strangers” in and around my home. They vacuumed and cleaned up as they went and I’m pretty sure my house is cleaner than before they got here to do the job, which really says more about me. The planning of where to place the cameras before they got started helped out a ton and some expert advice made a huge impact. The project was flawless and this was certainly not a rush job. They were here from 10am to almost 9pm simply because of how thorough and detailed these guys were. After getting everything installed and hooked up, they even looked at the camera angles and adjusted a few to ensure they were getting the best coverage they could.
I HIGHLY recommend Johnson Smart Homes LLC and will definitely be using them again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although I’m willing to remotely discuss a project, it’s always best to do a walkthrough and design in person.
I start by identifying the customer’s main goals and concerns. Then, I like to educate the customer on what products and services I offer. Lastly, I make some recommendations for the property and work with the customer to customize their system to best suit their needs.
Once we establish our game plan, I get right to work! Same day installs are standard.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Technology around the smart home and security space is ever-evolving. It can be challenging to keep up with, even when it’s your full-time job. For this reason, I ALWAYS recommend going with a professional who deals in this space as their main occupation. Trusting the safety of your home and family to someone who treats it as a side gig is never a good idea!
