FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Willingham Irrigation uses simple, upfront flat-rate pricing, so you know what to expect—no surprises or hourly guesswork. We charge a $65 service call, which covers the trip out and initial inspection. From there, any necessary repairs are quoted using flat rates based on the type of work and materials required. You’ll always get a clear price before work begins. For systems with more than 20 zones, please contact us for pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed irrigator in the state of Texas with extensive hands-on experience working on both residential and commercial irrigation systems. I’ve completed the required state training, stay up to date with local irrigation codes, and continue to build on my knowledge through years of real-world work. Whether it’s a simple residential repair or a more complex commercial system, I handle everything from electrical troubleshooting to controller upgrades and valve replacements. My training and field experience ensure accurate diagnostics and quality repairs you can count on.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a wide range of homeowners, from first-time buyers trying to figure out their sprinkler system to long-time residents needing regular maintenance or repairs. Whether it’s a small fix in the backyard or troubleshooting a larger system, I take the time to explain the problem and offer the best solution. Many of my customers appreciate honest, straightforward service—no pressure, just clear communication and quality work. I’ve also helped property managers and landlords who need reliable irrigation support for their rental properties.
