He serviced my pool within days of my request, was thorough, and clearly explained what’s included, how weekly maintenance works, and the billing process. I move here in November, the property I purchased had a pool. The seller had stop doing maintenance on the pool. I reached out on this site. And Trident Pools answered my call with 5 mins. He went over the prices for what I needed. We set up an appointment and he arrived. We discussed my situation and he laid out plan for how to get my pool on point. The price was great. Doug is a hands on owner. He does his own sales and labor. I find him punctual courteous, friendly, and most important very competitive with his price. If you need a pool man. I highly recommend him.

If you’re considering Trident Pool Services, you need to know how they actually operate when things go wrong. There is zero proactive communication. I was not informed ahead of time that they would no longer be servicing my area. Instead, I was left waiting, assuming service would continue or be rescheduled. When I reached out about missed service, I was told it would be rescheduled. That never happened. Days later, I received a message saying they no longer service my area. No accountability, no urgency, just a delayed afterthought. Then came the refund process. Again, slow and reactive. I had to follow up multiple times to get clarity on when my money would be returned. When a company makes the decision to stop servicing an area, that should trigger immediate communication and prompt refunds. That didn’t happen here. This isn’t just poor customer service, it’s disorganized and disrespectful of people’s time and money. At a minimum, this company needs to: • Notify customers in advance if service areas are changing • Honor rescheduling commitments instead of disappearing • Process refunds quickly and transparently without customers having to chase them Right now, the experience feels like you’re the last to know anything, and that’s a problem.

Pat, this is not the full or accurate picture of what happened. We made the decision to stop servicing your area, and that was communicated. Unfortunately, timing and expectations didn’t align perfectly, but there was no intention to leave you “waiting” or without answers. We also addressed the refund while it may not have been as fast as you preferred, it was handled. We take communication seriously, but it goes both ways, and context matters. Your review leaves out key details and paints a misleading narrative of how we operate. We stand by the way we handled the situation and continue to provide reliable service to our customers.
