It's a new family owned business and we bring a new meaning to the word LUXURY with our work!! If you get a bid from another company we will beat it!! I would have to say the fact that i help people every day with what ever situation they have. A bunch of my clients are elderly and cant do certin things like they used too be able too, so I am there, usually if I can't do the job myself and need the expertise of someone else I'll find them. luxury we enjoy meeting our customers and helping in any way possible to make there living situation exactly what they want.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's extremely hard to price something blind in the industry that I'm in. Seeing the job 1st is the only way to get a full quote the other is just a estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally come out and meet with all my customers. I like to thoroughly explain the work that I am there to see that way my customers know exactly what I'm doing so there is no confusion we want our customers to feel they have chosen the correct guy for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the business for 7 years. I have a Comercial background so quality and safety is my huge focus.
