Home Theater System Repair or Service

Nathan and Meg did a great job with my house my wife was very pleased when she came home with how neat and professional my speakers and amps looked in my brand new rack that Nathan installed. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Wiring Installation

Nathan is not only a friendly and great guy. He also does excellent work!! He wired my house so that I could have a hard line internet connection in my bedroom and new home office. Home Theater System Installation or Replacement

I just wrapped up my home theater project with Nate. He did an excellent job and I must say I am one happy camper. My wife also very pleased with his work. Nate mounted 3 tvs for us and installed my speakers, sub and receiver. I'll definitely be using Nate again. Thanks buddy.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Nathan. They did great work, it was neatly done, and when we had some issues, he immediately came back to correct them. The issues were due to faulty connectors from the factory, and when they were replaced, everything worked well.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing includes all necessary equipment and labor to complete a basic setup. Circumstances and needs can impact labor and materials need to meet expectations. Any additional equipment can be purchased through us and we prefer working with our own equipment and brands.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Communication is key, therefore we are open to all forms of communication. A typical process would be: 1. Schedule a personal or virtual consultation. The goal here is to understand what is wanted, and establish what we want to do to get there. Social distancing accommodations are available. 2. Complete the project. When we are onsite we are respectful and clean. Obstacles can arise during this time which could affect time or costs, but we work hard to complete the project in a timely manner. 3. Programming. It can be intimidating controlling a system but we make it easy for everyone in the family to operate. When programming is required we will ask questions to determine how you want to interact with the system and keep it simple and easy. It's shouldn't require a PHD to turn the TV on :) 4. Billing. Billing is broken down into 4 categories: equipment, labor, programming, and miscellaneous. Usually half of the original estimate down and the rest upon completion.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We have been doing business since 2007, CEDIA and CES certified and our lead technicians have at least 6 years of on the job experience.
