FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We handle multi‑TV installations, whole‑room AV, and a wide range of commercial technology projects. Our work focuses on clean wiring, reliable systems, and complete integrations for homes and businesses. Most projects involve multiple displays or full‑system work. Minimum project fee: $350.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward, organized, and focused on clean, reliable results. 1. Discovery Call We start with a short call to understand your goals, the space, and any existing equipment. From there, we provide clear recommendations and a transparent estimate. 2. Walkthrough Most projects include an on‑site walkthrough to confirm measurements, wiring paths, mounting locations, and any structural or network considerations. 3. Proposal & Deposit We send a detailed proposal outlining the scope and equipment. Once approved, a product deposit is required to order materials and secure your installation date. 4. Installation We handle all wiring, mounting, equipment setup, testing, and system optimization. We work cleanly, communicate clearly, and coordinate with builders, IT teams, or facility managers when needed. 5. Programming & Training We program the system to be simple and intuitive, then walk you through how everything works. 6. Support & Billing We’re available for follow‑up support or adjustments. Invoices can be paid by card, cash, check, or payment apps. Any phased payment terms are outlined in the proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and certified in residential and commercial AV integration, including structured wiring, networking, multi‑display systems, and control system programming. Our background includes CEDIA and CES certifications, along with manufacturer‑specific training from brands such as Atlona, Sonos, Lutron, and AVA. This covers signal distribution, audio systems, lighting and shading control, and modern user‑interface design. We stay current with industry standards, installation best practices, and new technologies to ensure every system is designed, wired, and programmed cleanly, safely, and reliably.
