- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Xactimate pricing to ensure that prices are always consistent. Our team will also work closely with your insurance so that you can have some peace during this stressful time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your call, we will ask a few questions so that we understand the type of loss that we are working with. Once we have completed the call, a team member will immediately be dispatched to your location so that we can get started on mitigating the damages and returning your property to pre-loss condition. The entire process is documented with both written notes and pictures so that you can be sure the job has been done right.
