I have the knack for technology. A wide skill set allows me to fix problems between different systems. I very rarely pass the problem on, and most times when I do- I know what they need to do to fix it on their end. I enjoy solving problems. Finding what is causing usually leads to the answer but ensuring that a fix doesn't create more problems gives me a sense of accomplishment. I really enjoy efficiency. Making it so less time is spent is great.
