I had never participated in a yoga class. I was a bit intimidated but Jeanne put me immediately at ease and she was a perfect instructor for a "newbie"! She was patient, informative and so good to explain the reason for each move and position. I had to have ankle surgery, but as soon as that is healed, I will definitely return to her class!

Jeanne continuously practices and studies to build her skills and knowledge so that she can provide the best instruction and leadership. She always seems to know exactly what I need and how to motivate me.

I am privileged to be working the Enlighten program with Jeanne long distance. I was wary at first, but knowing Jeanne's character, I know she isn't going to waste her time or mine with something that is subpar. So I jumped right in. She has been truly encouraging, available, as well as a font of information and affirmatives. I would follow her anywhere! I would give anything to be closer and be able to take her yoga classes. She has the most engaging attitude, she helps you realize that you ARE capable and worthy!

Jeanne is a kind person who is interested in each person and what their needs are. She is very good at pinpointing particular problems and focusing on those issues. When you work with her, you will see results very quickly. I LOVE my Yoga! Thanks Jeanne
