- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer monthly fixed pricing which depends on number of accounts and volume of transactions. We also will do project based for an hourly fee. We will customize fees based on the individual needs of a company
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face to gather information and get to know my customer's likes and dislikes about their accounting practices. Looking at all the data available to determine how to organize to best serve the needs of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Public Accountant; MBA The State Board of Public Accountancy requires 40 hours of continuing education each year. Also QuickBooks offers many seminars that I attend to keep updated on changes.
